New Display Area and Entrance: Building

New Display Area and Entrance: Building
It's been 4 weeks since the Grand opening of the new extension and things are blooming. The Bank holiday weekend was a record breaker in Lyndhurst history and Bill and Sue Nelson of Skegness were the lucky winners of the Belfort Hammock for being the 1000th person through the door. The general response has been a good one and a day rarely goes by when customers don't comment on how smart the new shop is. Although the shock of suddenly having to grasp the concept of an entrance door and an exit door startled a few people to begin with the new till area has provided more space and a much more efficient system to help customers and deal with queries.

We've got great prices on the 2005 EJBQ arid Furnitujp ranges, and an all new Jacuzzi Spa display area. Come down and see for yourself the latest deals and let vjs know what you think of the new extension.

Our Reputation is Growing.

Like any big project involving building work, things don’t always seem to go to plan. You can try and organise electricians, builders, plumbers etc until you collapse of a nervous breakdown, but things always seem to have a way of plodding along in an agonizingly slow manner. My advice; just go with the flow. Estimate a reasonable date for completion, then add on another couple of months for ‘’complications’’. It’s the only way. It will also prevent you tearing out large parts of you hair and ultimately bearing an uncanny resemblance to Kojak.

Having said that, we’re almost there. Just the small matter of having the doors fitted and Bobs your uncle. Extension complete. For us that’s when the hard work really begins. With a much more extensive range of Garden furniture, Barbeques and Lawn mowers this year, the new space (indoor and outdoor) is going to be filled quicker than you can say Spathiphyllum. Believe me, that’s not long. So fingers crossed for a sprint finish, and please come down and have a good look round. Our reputation is growing.

Building Plans: 2005 January
We are extending our undercover display area. Work has already started on extending our indoor premises with a 400 sq. metre extension. It is due to open in the Spring of 2005. The car park will also be resurfaced. The main entrance will be part of the new building. On rainy days people will still be able to come and look around. We will be able to display things like early and late seaons flowers for longer.
