Christmas at Lyndhurst

Our real Christmas trees are available in store from the end of November - come and pick your perfect pine! Home delivery available too so don’t worry about having to find space in your car!

The festive fun really starts with our Festive Family Fun night on Thursday 7th December between 3pm and 9pm. 

Join us for shopping, dining or simply a drink and a dance to music by local favourite Charlie Buck. There will be a complimentary glass of mulled wine on arrival and a festive menu served in Basil’s. Not only that but here is also an exclusive 10% off our Christmas Shop. Santa's grotto will be open for Santa Claus and Santa Paws and there will be an elf hunt - Lyndhurst style! It’s a night that promises to really get you in the Christmas spirit!

TheFamily Festive night is just the start of our festive celebrations here at Lyndhurst.

Santa Claus and Santa Paws will be here on 7th, 9th & 10th December and 16th & 17th December, 11am - 3pm to meet both your little ones and your canine companions!  Children come and meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes with him and receive a gift, real Christmas Tree sapling and a lolly and well behaved pet pooches can  meet Santa and receive a box of treats and a toy. Booking is available but not essential.

We have a real festive treat on Wednesday 13th December - we have fantastic local singer Katy D joining us in Basil’s for a Christmas music afternoon complete with festive afternoon tea.  Booking is essential for this a not to be missed event! Please contact the garden centre for tickets.

 

Basils will be serving a festive menu on Sundays  and will have a festive afternoon tea available to pre book every day throughout December.

We have Elf on the Shelf Lyndhurst Style! From 1st December our naughty elf will be hiding in different locations around the garden centre and restaurant! If you find him, take a photo and tag us on Facebook or Instagram and receive a free cupcake for your little one (if you don’t have social media, don’t worry!)   We will also be having our traditional elf hunt around the garden centre, looking for the hidden letters to make a Christmasy word.

Santa’s magical post box will be open from  Saturday 18th November for children to post their letters to Santa.  If you would like to receive a free, personalised reply from the man himself, please make it clear by writing on the envelope.  Replies will be available to collect from the garden centre.
